There is a severe lack of quality rap music these days that when you come across a good lyricist like Dizzy Wright, I can’t help but to feel nostalgic, bringing me back to the 90’s when I was heavily into artists like Biggie, Jay-Z, Tupac, Nas, Eminem….the list goes on! Inspired by Tupac (one of my favorite rappers of all time) and a DIY mentality which I truly respect, it gives me hope that there are still rappers out there that stay true to the artform and have integrity, while at the same time can be successful.
