The song we have for you today titled “Claudeland” by Highly Suspect is a perfect example of what real rock should sound like! Straight out the gate this song hits you with a great guitar riff, rockin’ drumming and a punchy bassline, so I knew right away that I would love this song. The band’s raw sound gives it real soul, and lead singer Johnny Stevens’ lo-fi gritty voice adds great texture to the music. It is no surprise that this band is based out of Brooklyn, since that seems to be the musical hub these days within New York City for up and coming musicians. There is not much more to say besides you certainly won’t be disappointed when you listen to this track!
