Came across some interesting pictures of these people painted all white standing still in a public setting on my friend’s Facebook page. It was something you might see in Time Square but turns out it was in Japan. They are a Japanese Performance Art group called Tokyohack (東京Hack) doing their bit titled 白い人 (Direct translation is White Person) all over Tokyo. They would certainly create a buzz in NYC as well (Hint, Hint). Check out the video below!
