Art Basel 2015: Basel – Switzerland

Many of you have probably heard of and even been to Art Basel in Miami Beach. I never paid attention to the Basel part of it and cluelessly thought it was some art related foreign term. Well, it is a foreign term but Basel is actually a city in Switzerland where this contemporary art gallery event originated. Art Basel just wrapped up on June 21st and luckily for us, our good friend Lawrence (owner of House of Horology) happened to be out in Switzerland working hard on his new Chronspire line. He has snapped some great art on his phone and sent it over to us which is up now for your viewing pleasure!

Hopefully we have more to show everyone but in this set we have the art of Takashi Murakami, Nan Goldin, Sabian Baumann, David Hockney, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Claire Morgan.
