Death Cab For Cutie Crafted Atmospheric Tones at Forest Hills Stadium

DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE CREATES COMPELLING STORIES

Perennial Seattle indie rock favorites Death Cab For Cutie brought their now tenured rock show to Forest Hills Stadium on Saturday night, to continue the Queens music season at the converted tennis stadium.

The Ben Gibbard led quintet rocked through a 23 song set anchored by five tracks from what is generally considered their opus of their aesthetic, 2003’s Transatlanticism.

Gibbard and company sounded tight, right, and ready to go for another 20 or so years, as they continue crafting atmospheric tones to engulf the listeners ears, while telling compelling stories through thoughtful lyrics to keep you company as you ride the soundwaves with your fave favorite indie pop buddies.
